Description
The LEGENDplex™ Rat Th1 Panel is a bead-based multiplex assay panel, using fluorescence-encoded beads suitable for use on various flow cytometers. This panel allows simultaneous quantification of 6 rat cytokines, including IL-2, IL-6,IL-10, GM-CSF, IFN-γ and TNF-α. This assay panel provides higher detection sensitivity and broader dynamic range than traditional ELISA methods. The panel has been validated for use on cell culture supernatant, serum and plasma samples.
